As part of the ongoing initiatives of the Pars Golden Sky aviation ecosystem, a weekly General Aviation Familiarization Event is held to introduce aviation enthusiasts to the diverse world of General Aviation. During this program, participants visited the dedicated Pars Golden Sky Maintenance Center hangar at Mehrabad Airport and observed the heavy maintenance check of a Boeing 737—one of the major overhaul processes carried out by the organization.

The event also featured an introduction to a selection of Atlas Air’s fleet, including the VIP-configured MD-87, offering participants a closer look at the breadth of Atlas Air’s operational capabilities.

Subsequently, attendees received an overview of air taxi operations and the role of this service model in enhancing air accessibility, supporting point-to-point connectivity, and improving operational efficiency.
The final segment of the event took place at the Atlas Aviation Training Center, where participants experienced the complete workflow of a flight inside the professional Boeing 737 simulator under the supervision of the center’s pilots.
